Babysitter Qualifications:

Experience required:

First Aid and CPR-certified.
Trustline certified (or ability to become Trustline certified)

Background in working with individuals with disabilities is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills to manage your schedule effectively.
Ability to create engaging activities that foster learning and development for infants through preschool-aged children.

Typical Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary restrictions as needed.
Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning and development.
Maintain cleanliness in the children's play areas and assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare.
Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met with patience and understanding.
Organize fun and educational outings or playdates to enhance social skills and creativity.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Implement routines that promote healthy habits, including hygiene practices and physical activity.
